We book it, the installers fit it
A national seller gives you a call centre. A one-van firm gives you a phone that rings on a roof. We sit in between: a Leeds office that sees your enquiry through to a real survey, a firm quote and a certified install. We are also who you ring if anything needs chasing.

- The installers
- The MCS-certified company we work with in West Yorkshire. They come out to survey, then send a fixed written quote carrying their name and MCS number. If you say yes, they do the fitting and the MCS certificate is theirs to issue.
- The manufacturers
- Panels, inverter and battery each carry a warranty of their own, in your name from handover day. The quote lists every one and who stands behind it.
- You
- Take as long as you like. The survey costs nothing, the price in the quote will not move and you will get no chasing calls.

We take the enquiry, check it stacks up and book the survey. The MCS-certified installation team does the survey, the quote and the fitting. Nothing to pay until you accept a fixed quote.

The MCS-certified installation team measures up and sends a fixed written quote. No obligation and no today-only discounts.

Step 4: Fitted, certified, handed over
Usually a day or two on site. You get the MCS certificate and the warranties in your name, and you still have our number.
Who promises what, in writing
MCS certifies the installation, HMRC sets the VAT and the installer fixes the quote. Each promise has a name on it.

MCS-certified installation
The installers are MCS-certified. Your quote names them and gives their MCS number, and the certificate you get at handover is what your export tariff and home insurer will ask to see.
